		<description>Yes, working moms need to let go of the guilt, although it is difficult to do! I sometimes fantasize about finding a way to work from home or becoming a stay-at-home mom, but at the end of the day, I like to going to work every day. I also think it&#039;s important for my son to see that mommy is a contributing member of society and does important work that helps people. I&#039;ve always been proud of my mom for her work ethic and all of her achievements on the job. I want my son to feel that way about me, too.</description>
